Reaping the Health Rewards
Okay, so you are constantly busy and cannot find the time to exercise. But I am sure that you can afford 10 minutes a day to improve your health and well-being. Truly, just 10 minutes a day and you will reap the many health rewards of Yoga.
All you need to do is devote a specific time each day that you will practice. Promise yourself that you will stay with it for at least a weak. After a week, you will be amazed at how you feel and look!
It’s really easy to get started, even if you don’t know much about Yoga. There are several ways you can begin your daily Yoga routine (remember, it takes just 10 minutes of your time).
First off, it’s important that you do your daily stretches correctly. You can either use a book or maybe a DVD to help you learn the basics. Here are a few suggestions:
- Yoga For Dummies by Georg Feuerstein and Larry Payne
- Yoga for Beginners The Daily Guide of Basic Yoga Poses and Exercises for Beginning Students (Private Yoga Lessons) by Michelle Nicole
- Beginning Yoga with Chrissy Carter
- Yoga Class Flexibility, Fitness, Relaxation DVD and Book
by Gary Bromley
- Rodney Yee’s Yoga for Beginners starring Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman

When working out, it is important to wear comfortable clothes that are not confining. Clothes that are restricting will limit your ability to do the Yoga poses.
As well, synthetic clothes should not be worn. Natural fabrics like cotton and linen are better because they breathe better. Plus, the more synthetic clothes you wear the more toxins enter your bloodstream.
Why not start your workout with clothes that are designed for Yoga. You can even find Yoga clothes that are organic, Fair trade and reasonably priced.
