Lung conditions: Brahmi might increase fluid secretions in the lungs. A possible concern that it could worsen lung conditions like emphysema or asthma.

For Pregnancy and breast feeding: There is not enough known about the use of Brahmi during pregnancy and breast feeding. Avoid use to stay on the safe side.

Where to Find

Note: When taking herbs, generally tinctures and extracts are the most beneficial. An extract is more concentrated, whereas it takes a lot of herbal pills or tea to have the same affect.
